These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jeetzz platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment services. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jeetzz account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances, including pending withdrawals.

18+ Age Requirement

Access to jeetzz is strictly limited to players aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed upon detection.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits granted by jeetzz under specific terms, which are subject to wagering requirements and expiry conditions before they can be withdrawn as real money.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total sum a Player must wager using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jeetzz is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or from which jeetzz expressly does not accept registrations.
"Self-Exclusion"	A voluntary restriction requested by a Player that suspends their access to the jeetzz platform for a defined period, ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which jeetzz accounts are denominated.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the jeetzz platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the jeetzz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetzz with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

jeetzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeetzz will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform interface or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the jeetzz platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of your real money balance.

If you are accessing jeetzz on behalf of a corporate entity or as a representative of any business, you additionally warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and that the entity accepts these terms in full.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of jeetzz services, including real-money wagering, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jeetzz, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
Be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts for wagering purposes.
Not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of jeetzz or any of its affiliated game providers, where such affiliation could create a conflict of interest.
Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or third-party exclusion restriction applicable to online gambling platforms in your jurisdiction.
Be acting in your own name and on your own behalf — account registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3.2 Registration Information

When creating your jeetzz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred mobile banking service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or contact jeetzz support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jeetzz strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify jeetzz support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jeetzz will take reasonable steps to secure the account following a verified report of unauthorised access, but accepts no liability for losses that occurred prior to notification.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jeetzz account. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — jeetzz reserves the right to close all but one of the accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held across duplicate accounts, and review any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts. Players found to have created multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion orders will have all associated accounts permanently closed and real-money balances reviewed in line with the jeetzz anti-fraud policy.

KYC Verification: jeetzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending review.

Section 4

Age Restriction

jeetzz operates a strict minimum age policy. Access to all real-money gaming services — including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and live dealer tables — is restricted to players who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement applies universally and without exception, regardless of the applicable local laws in the player's jurisdiction, which may set a higher minimum age in some cases.

At the point of registration, players are required to confirm by declaration that they are aged 18 or above. jeetzz conducts additional age verification as part of the KYC process, which may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) that shows the player's date of birth.

Where jeetzz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the minimum age, the account will be suspended pending verification. During suspension, no withdrawals will be processed. If verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any real-money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original funding source; any winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be forfeited.

Zero Tolerance: jeetzz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Players who attempt to circumvent age verification — including by providing false identification documents — will be permanently banned from the platform and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetzz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jeetzz is ৳300. Deposits may be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit processing times are typically immediate for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and may take up to one business day for bank transfers and card payments.

jeetzz only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or card held in another person's name — are not permitted and will be returned where detectable. Accounts where third-party deposits are identified may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for standard accounts that have completed KYC verification and whose account activity does not trigger an enhanced review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the name on the jeetzz account and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.

jeetzz reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts where the deposit-to-withdrawal ratio triggers an automated review flag. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak processing windows (BPL match days, T20 World Cup fixtures) may experience slightly extended processing times. These delays, where they occur, are communicated via the account dashboard.

5.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetzz will make reasonable attempts to contact dormant account holders via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration charge. The maximum dormancy charge that may be applied is ৳200 per calendar month, and this charge will not reduce a real-money balance below zero. 5.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

jeetzz reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address, and the investigation will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

jeetzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions that are published within the account dashboard at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed at minimum the initial account setup. Some bonuses require completed KYC before they can be claimed or converted.
Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit threshold (where applicable), wagering requirement, expiry period, and eligible games list. These specifics override any general guidance in this section.
Bonus funds and the winnings derived from them are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money funds are wagered first unless the platform clearly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Bonuses that have not been used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances.
jeetzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered, which will continue under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — defined as the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or any other method designed to exploit the jeetzz promotional system — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. jeetzz employs automated monitoring to detect such activity. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, jeetzz reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, void any winnings derived from bonus play, and permanently close the accounts involved.

Wagering Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The exact contribution percentages for each game category are listed in the individual promotion terms available in the account dashboard.

Section 7

User Obligations

By using the jeetzz platform, you accept the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds, depending on the severity and nature of the breach.

Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the jeetzz platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes. You must not use the platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or transfer funds between accounts for purposes unrelated to gaming.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times, including during registration, KYC, and any subsequent verification requests. You must promptly update your information when it changes.

Responsible Gambling: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are possible. No Collusion: In games involving other players — including poker, tournaments, and live dealer tables with shared mechanics — you must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage. Suspected collusion is investigated and may result in the voiding of affected game results and permanent account closure.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

jeetzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
The player's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
The player is discovered to be under the minimum age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
The player is subject to a self-exclusion order or court order restricting their access to gambling services.
The player has opened multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of the account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jeetzz support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jeetzz will process any outstanding real-money balance to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal window, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that allows a player to voluntarily suspend their own account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion, login access is blocked, all marketing communications are suspended, and re-registration under a new account is prohibited for the duration of the exclusion. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, by jeetzz, or by self-exclusion — the player's access to all platform services is revoked. jeetzz will retain account records in accordance with its data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, except where the closure has been initiated due to fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case the balance will be held pending investigation.

Disputes: If you believe that your account has been suspended or closed incorrectly, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute". jeetzz will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. During the dispute period, no withdrawals will be processed from the suspended account.

Limitation of Liability

jeetzz is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, game errors, delayed withdrawals, or third-party payment provider failures, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetzz platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, and software — is the intellectual property of jeetzz or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jeetzz content without express written permission from jeetzz.

Amendments to Terms

jeetzz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification or registered email. The current version is always accessible at jeetzz.net/terms-conditions and carries the effective date at the top of the document.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.
